Becca Proctor

Baltimore Location

Born and raised in the breathtaking White Mountains of Northern Arizona, I grew up surrounded by the serenity of nature, which shaped my passion for health and well-being. My journey into massage therapy began after facing years of unexplained health challenges. Discovering the power of natural healing sparked a deep commitment to understanding the connection between the body and mind and how touch can play a transformative role in wellness.

I refined my skills at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies in Tucson, where I trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques designed to address pain, stress, and overall imbalance. My approach blends knowledge of nutrition, herbal medicine, and the mind-body connection to create a truly integrative and personalized healing experience.

After graduating, I put my philosophy into practice by building a tiny home and massage studio on 10 peaceful acres, offering clients a tranquil retreat to reconnect with their bodies. A visit to Baltimore shifted my path when I fell in love with the city’s energy and its incredible people. Now, I’m thrilled to bring my tailored style of massage therapy—grounded in both science and intuition—to this vibrant community I’m proud to call home.

Sharon Dulaney

Annapolis Location

I have a passion to fill a gap that western medicine has been unable to fill. During my 15-year career, I’ve found that by integrating alternative and complementary therapies, the body can bring about natural regenerative processes, as well as to bring comfort and peace to the whole person.

I’m a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage and received my license in 2008. I specialize in helping clients relax while bringing their awareness to the present moment. Here we can deal with pain more effectively, reduce our stress and decrease its impact on our health. Selfcare is taking an active role in protecting our own well-being and happiness, especially during periods of stress. It may not come naturally, but it’s a necessity of healthy living.

In my personal time, you’ll find me in nature, meandering through the forest or along the Bay.

I’d be honored to support you in your selfcare practice!

Susan Smith-Pinelo

Baltimore & Annapolis Locations

Before I was a massage therapist, I was a visual artist, lecturer, and educator. After over 20 years of being isolated in my art studio, I changed careers. I chose to embrace something new. Now everyday I get to connect to humans in a meaningful way through massage and I couldn’t be happier.

I take pride in my abilities to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, cupping, Myofascial Release (MFR) and Thai massage. I have developed a wonderful program that combines both Swedish and Thai massage on the table.  My ultimate goal is for you to leave my table relaxed, reset, and at peace.

I consider myself a nature lover. I like to hike, fish and camp. I also like to paddle. I look forward to working with you on your self care goals.

What is Thai massage?  A sequence of compressions, acupressure,  assisted stretching, and yoga positions Thai massage is different. Swedish massage incorporates oil, gliding and kneading. Thai massage does not. No massage oil is used, no gliding or kneading.  The therapist is not only on the table with the client, the therapist sometimes must sit on top of the client. Susan blends techniques from both Swedish and Thai massage for the client open to a blissful and unique experience that resets your muscles and your mind! Experience the best of both worlds on the massage table. Book a session with Susan today!

Whenever asked, “what do you want to do as a career?” The answer was, and continues to be, “Help people!”

At 20 years old, through an inward look at her desires for a fulfilling career (and a little nudge from her mom who is also a massage therapist), Tajai decided to enroll at Cortiva Institute, formerly known as the Baltimore School of Massage.

She discovered and continues to grow her passion for facilitating healing through therapeutic touch. Throughout her time in this field, she found that she most enjoys deep tissue work, relaxing Swedish massage, working to increase mobility through stretching and range of motion, and cupping therapy.

In esthetics, she’s always excited for facials, body scrubs, wraps, and the latest in ultrasonic cavitation techniques.

As a mom to a very active 4-year-old boy, free time is seldom! But during that time she enjoys weightlifting, reading, trying local restaurants, expanding her varied taste in music, and spending time with loved ones. She looks forward to working with you all soon!
