If you are a new client please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All other clients should arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance to allow for the client to settle into their treatment room. Should you arrive late, your service may be shortened to allow our specialists to be on time for their next guest.

Because of our boutique environment and premium service, we request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice on all individual appointments. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Gift cards will be reduced by the value of the service.

Couples and multi-service appointments require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and will be charged the remaining service balance.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive an account credit or gift card in the amount of the deposit made.

Groups of three or more are subject to a separate cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.

The Spa welcomes guests 18 years and older. Guests 17 years or younger will receive spa services at the same pricing schedule as an adult, and must be accompanied by an adult. Under federal anti-discrimination laws, businesses can refuse service to any person for any reason, unless the business is discriminating against a protected class.

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for yourself and all customers, we ask that cell phones not be used in the spa and the ringers be turned to silent while you are here.

We are proud to offer you high-quality professional retail products for purchase in our shop. We are not able to accept returns on any open or used products. Unopened products will be accepted for return within 3 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in the same condition it was purchased. Accepted returns will be returnable for spa credit only. Gift cards are final sale and are not available for return or refund.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Even Keel is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift Card must be presented at the time of service. Per Maryland law, gift cards expire four years from date of purchase.

Even Keel gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
