Even Keel opened its doors to the community in July 2003 and employs the best of eastern and western modalities, offering a full range of therapeutic massage services and skin care. Even Keel's staff works as members of their clients' health team in concert with doctors, trainers and physical therapists to ensure optimal care is delivered. Exceptional customer service and personalized attention are the hallmarks of this company. From the moment you enter Even Keel, a sense of calm, comfort and, whimsy will embrace you.

  • If you are a new client please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All other clients should arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance to allow for the client to settle into their treatment room. Should you arrive late, your service may be shortened to allow our specialists to be on time for their next guest.

  • Because of our boutique environment and premium service, we request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice on all appointments. No shows and cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee. Gift Cards will be reduced by the value of the service. Thank you for your understanding.

  • The Spa welcomes guests 18 years and older. Guests 17 years or younger will receive spa services at the same pricing schedule as an adult, and must be accompanied by an adult. Under federal anti-discrimination laws, businesses can refuse service to any person for any reason, unless the business is discriminating against a protected class.

  • To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for yourself and all customers, we ask that cell phones not be used in the spa and the ringers be turned to silent while you are here.

  • We are proud to offer you high-quality professional retail however if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may receive a refund within 7 days with the original receipt. Facial products are returnable for spa credit only. Any returns processed after 7 days will be offered a spa credit. Gift cards are not available for return or refund.

  • Gift Cards are an ideal gift for any special occasion. Phone orders and online orders are available. For more information, call 410.990.0111. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Even Keel is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift Card must be presented at the time of service. Per Maryland law, gift cards expire four years from date of purchase.

  • Even Keel gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
