Please plan to arrive early and leave your worries behind

 We have created an environment with your relaxation in mind and we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early and enjoy a few moments to unwind prior to your spa treatment. You will be asked to complete a Pre-Treatment Form in order to ensure your safety and comfort and that we are providing the most appropriate treatment. Be sure to make us aware of any allergies, medical conditions, medications or sensitivities you may have, both at the time of scheduling and at the time of treatment.

 Please know that if time allows, we are happy to add on or upgrade your visit at your request. Scheduling upgrades in advance ensures adequate time is allotted.

General FAQs

  • Please check in at The Spa reception desk 10 to 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you to relax and set your mind to a peaceful and tranquil mood. Please remember that each service is scheduled precisely and arriving late may result in a shortened service.

  • Your appointment length may be adjusted by the amount of time you are late so that the next appointment start time isn't affected. The full price of the appointment will still be charged.

  • Because of our boutique environment and premium service, we request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice on all appointments. No shows and cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee. Gift Cards will be reduced by the value of the service. Thank you for your understanding.

  • • A clean, safe and comfortable environment before, during and after the massage

    • Respect, courtesy, confidentiality and dignity

    • Privacy while changing and right to remove clothing only to their level of comfort for the massage

    • Draped appropriately by a sheet, towel or blanket, with only the area being massaged exposed

    • A licensed professional, working within their scope of practice and in an ethical manner

  • Please let them know immediately... Only a select few of our therapists have ESP ;) and any direction that you can provide to ensure your satisfaction and ultimate experience is always welcome and encouraged. Your complete satisfaction is always our top priority.

  • RELAX. There is no need to talk to your therapist and your relaxation and quiet time is our #1 goal. You are not expected to move a muscle, and our therapists are trained to move your limbs to exactly where they need to be. Some guests fall asleep during treatment and we take that as a compliment. Deep relaxation often feels like sleep…

  • Please dress with comfort in mind. We recommend that you leave valuables at home.

    We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal articles. Your personal belongings will stay with you at all times during your visit with us for your comfort and convenience. You will be asked to remove all jewelry prior to your appointment

    Your comfort is our priority and you may leave on any article of clothing that makes you comfortable. Discretion will be used and you will remain properly draped at all times. For waxing we suggest removing undergarments (or bringing extra sets) for optimal results. Some services may require additional exposure and will be discussed with you on an individual basis prior to the start of treatment.

  • Gratuity (cash tipping) is greatly appreciated but not expected. 20% cash tipping is customary for exceptional service, based on undiscounted pricing. You may tip your therapist directly, or at our Front Desk.

  • Gift cards may be redeemed for services or products at full purchase price for up to 4 years from the date of purchase.

    Gift cards should be treated “LIKE CASH” and must be presented at time of service for use.

  • Please respect all guests’ right to serenity. Cell phone usage is prohibited within our facility. Please silence ringers and enjoy your quiet time while visiting with us. Our Spa is a place of serenity and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and serene environment for all guests.

  • Advise your therapist prior to treatment of any allergies, illness, injuries, current medications or if you are expecting.

  • We offer designated treatments for expectant mothers after the first trimester with physician approval. Please advise your therapist if you are expecting or nursing.

Waxing FAQs

  • If you are taking or have taken Accutane in the past year, have any open lesions, sunburn or used Retin A in the past 48 hours, we regret to tell you that we cannot perform waxing services. Any person in good health can be waxed. Please advise us in advance if you have ever had previous issues with waxing elsewhere.

  • We recommend at least 1/4-1/2" of regrowth for optimal results. Hair that is over ½" may be trimmed at home prior to waxing to increase your comfort.

  • Traditional Brazilian Bikini wax means front, back and everything in between. If you have a personal preference or specific request for something different, please advise your Waxer. Brazilian waxing requires guests to be nude from the waist down.

  • Our Estheticians are highly trained and perform wax services with the highest level of comfort in mind. If you are sensitive and/or have low pain tolerance, you may elect to take over the counter pain medication and/or use topical anesthetic prior to your appointment.

    Yes, waxing can be uncomfortable (especially the first time since you don't know what to expect) but is relatively quick and our Estheticians are trained to quickly eliminate the transient sting of removing hair follicles from the root! However, as our guests remind us quite frequently: "It's worth it!".

    Hair can be removed from any part of the body and we are happy to accommodate your specific request. Our Estheticians are professionals who have "seen it all" and you need not ever feel self conscious requesting specialty waxing.

Spray Tanning FAQs

  • No, absolutely not! Our solution is made of the highest quality, natural ingredients. All of our technicians have also been trained and certified!

  • Depending on your solution choice, you'll need to wait between 2 and 8 hours before your initial shower.

  • The typical spray tan will last 7-10 days with proper care and upkeep. It is important to follow the steps listed on our Tan Care page to get the best quality tan possible.

  • We carry a few products that are made specifically for the solution that I use for your tan, and are absolutely THE BEST products to use to upkeep your color. They are 100% Vegan (Approved by the Peta foundation), made from only naturally derived ingredients, and Paraben & Erythrulose free.

    Body Wash $15 A specially designed body cleanser packed with moisturizing agents that leave skin clean, hydrated and healthy to prolong a natural sunless glow. This wash will not strip the skin of its natural components and will prolong the developed color from DHA. Vanilla Lavender Scent

    Tan Extender $20 A hydrating daily moisturizer which gives added life and vibrancy to any tan. Suited for all skin types, this Tan Extend lotion contains a hint of tanning ingredients (DHA) that will help build and keep your just off the beach tan. Pineapple Scent

    Glo Bar Soap $15 An ultra- moisturizing soap bar designed specifically for use with a sunless tan. The proprietary blend of liquid goat milk & other skin loving ingredients helps keep your tan from fading without the use of harsh chemicals. Resulting in a longer lasting, more even tan!

  • How to prepare for your spray tan:

    • Exfoliate and shave at least 8 hours before your appointment!

    • Do not wear any product the day of your tan (avoid lotions, perfumes, and deodorant)

    • All waxing, mani/ pedis, and massages should be done PRIOR to your spray tan. Preferably at least 24 hours prior.

    Clothing:

    • You may wear your underwear, a bathing suit or your birthday suit during the tan.

    • The solution is water soluble and will come out of clothes easily when washed.

    • After your tan please wear loose fitting clothing/ shoes!

    • Please be prepared to go without a bra (if you choose to be tanned without a top) after your appointment for at least a few hours to avoid creating tan lines after the tan.

    • If it's raining, please wear a jacket, pants, and closed toed shoes and bring an umbrella.

  • Here is what you do after your spray tan:

    • Do not get wet. Allow a minimum of 8 hours for a full develop, and at least 3 hours for a rapid tan, before showering, washing hands or sweating.

    • During your first shower you may notice the bronzer (make-up) from the solution rising off down the drain, this is normal.

    • Avoid exfoliating your skin during the life of your tan. This includes using a loofa, any exfoliation products, and your towel. (Air dry/ pat dry when you get out of the shower)

    • HYDRATE! This is very important- to get the most out of your tan you want to make sure that you're staying hydrated, and using lots of lotion!
